Cabo de Gata
Spain´s last lost corner

Famous for being one of the last corners of the spanish coast out of reach of the mass tourism at the Mediterránean Sea, this tiny spot in Almería, the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata, is a wonderful surprise for advanced nomads. Even during Christmas the temperature is so mild that you can have a dip in the water, which makes it already unique.
But what we found amazing, apart of this sort of red desert landscape, with amazing walks to reach hidden beaches when the sun is shinning, was a bar located at its main village San José.
Is called the Bar de Jo, and is a stop for bikers. And looks like a film still from easy rider at night. A bit psicodelia that felt a bit like a movie. Or at least that´s how we remember it. Go and check it out. it has some pretty crazy vibes, surrounded by pitas- cactus and dessert.
