Boonian is a brainchild of David Walker, an emblematic entrepreneur of the münchener scene. After creating venues as the Registratur among others, David started with Boonian, to expand his vegan lifestyle.
For a while they had a stand at the Schrannenhalle, a market in the center, and now they offer the service of a vegan catering for all kinds of events and have created their range of own vegan products that they deliver to other restaurants and cantines looking for vegan options in their menus.
