A food truck that moves around Paris with sandwiches, soups and salads. This is the concept behind caravane Doreé. Their delicious food is made with seasonal veggies and fresh organic products. Apart from the Corners of Rue de la Vanne, they also stop on thursday at the Rue des Poissonieres, and do events where you wil find its sandwiches.
I tried their veggie sandwiches at the Oui Share Fest, all made with organic ingredients and delicious dips. Also they only use paper and wood material, no plastic involved in their wrapping or delivery. An awesome example of how the delicious french cuisine can be adjusted to street food!
